The hotel has a great location with a nice view over the city, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. The rooms, while comfortable, felt a bit outdated, and it was unexpectedly cold during the night. On the bright side, the staff was kind and helpful, but the service in the gym and spa could use more attention. Overall, it offers good value for money but has some areas that could be improved.

The rooms were quite simple and a little outdated for the price, but they were very comfortable and practical. The large windows let in plenty of light, which I really appreciated.

7.2/10

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the bright and airy rooms thanks to the large windows. The location was perfect for those who love nature, with great paths for running or skiing nearby. However, the service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being quite rude and unhelpful at times. Additionally, the room felt quite cold during my stay, making it uncomfortable without extra layers. Overall, it was good value for money, but a few improvements could make it excellent.

Rooms
7.0
The room was nice and very luminous, but the old 20" CRT TV felt outdated and needed a makeover. Also, it was extremely cold, and I had to bundle up in pajamas, socks, and an extra long-sleeved shirt to sleep comfortably.
Service

The service varied greatly; some staff members were very good and polite, while others came across as rude and unaccommodating, especially when I requested an extra bed.
Location

The location is great and fully lives up to expectations, especially for nature lovers. There’s good parking available and plenty of options for sports activities.
Dining

I found the dining options to be quite satisfactory; the food was tasty, and there was a lot to choose from, which I really appreciated.
Facilities

While the gym and spa were nice amenities, I found the lack of staff after 5 PM disappointing as it limited access to certain facilities.

I stayed at this hotel primarily for its great proximity to nature, and it definitely delivered on that front. The staff was excellent and the options for sports activities were impressive. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use a freshen up. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed when the pool was rented out for an external class, limiting my access during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were pretty simple and worn out, definitely needing a makeover. It was a bit surprising considering the price I paid.
Service

Service was mixed; while the staff was friendly, they didn't seem very accommodating when I requested an extra bed – I ended up having to set it up myself.

Dining
7.0
Dining was decent, quite okay for what I expected. I’d say it was one of the better aspects of my stay.
Facilities

Facilities were standard, nothing extra special, but functional. I wish the pool had more availability for guests.

7.0/10

The hotel is in a great location, close to nature and offering plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the service can be inconsistent and sometimes a bit rude. The rooms are quite a distance from reception and lacked a few essentials, which made things a bit inconvenient. Overall, it offers decent value for money, especially with good dining options.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit difficult to find, being about 200 meters from reception, and I had to pull the curtains because of people walking by. Unfortunately, there wasn't a functioning hair dryer or trousers press, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
Service varied; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed short in tone, bordering on rude. When I requested an extra bed, I had to set it up myself, which was frustrating.
Location

The location is definitely a strong point, nestled close to nature with easy parking options. However, during my stay, the pool was occupied for two hours due to an external fitness class, which was inconvenient for guests.
Dining

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a great view over the city and nice areas nearby. The rooms were simple but comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience was not great, and there were some noise issues that kept it from being perfect. Overall, it’s a decent spot for the price, especially if you prioritize location and value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite simple but very comfortable and practical. I was a bit surprised they weren't more luxurious, but they did the job just fine. Not luxurious but clean.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and genuinely nice to deal with most of the time, though I encountered some moments that felt a bit short or near rude. Overall, decent service.
Location
9.0
The hotel has a great location, with a nice view over the city and access to some lovely natural areas. It definitely lives up to the pictures and offers a convenient setting.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was just okay. While the welcome dinner was nice, I wouldn’t call the overall dining extraordinary.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent but definitely in need of a little updating. It would be nice if the pool access was better managed for guests.
